Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, FormedFaith may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable requirements will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

FormedFaith is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact FormedFaith and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. FormedFaith is not liable for delays caused by these events.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
